Lightning Elite Training has partnered with Coach Terrance Butler and ESA Fitness to provide players with small-group speed and agility training. In addition, our program has added several former and current Division I lacrosse players to provide individual and small group training sessions for both boys and girls lacrosse. Training sessions will be offered throughout the summer and off-season for all local lacrosse players. Our goal with the Elite Training program is to provide a training platform for our players who are interested in pursuing a college playing career. The speed and agility training combined with stick skills, shooting, and dodging clinics provides a full range of training to help players improve in their individual areas of need. In addition, our Lightning Elite training will provide our players with more opportunities to showcase their talents in front of college coaches. College prospect camps and college recruiting showcase tournaments will be coordinated through our program based on player skill and ability. This program will provide a more advanced training platform than our regular Club season practice and tournament schedule.
