SPEED LACROSSE
Speed Lacrosse is a fast-paced version of the sport that emphasizes stick work, agility, and constant movement. With no body or stick checking and the use of a soft tennis ball, it creates a safe, development-focused environment that is both fun and highly effective for building skills that translate to both field and box lacrosse.
Our goal is to provide a controlled, positive setting where players can develop the fundamental skills of the game while enjoying competitive play. By practicing and competing indoors at the X Gym in Myrtle Beach, we offer a convenient, central location for athletes of all ages throughout the Grand Strand.
Whether you're an experienced player or brand new to lacrosse, Speed Lacrosse offers a fun, engaging way to improve your game and grow your confidence.
